In addition to the standard manufacturer warranties, Ramco Rugged Portables provides an additional 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase.

This 1-year limited warranty protects you should the equipment fail due to material and/or hardware failure.

The warranty is void in the following conditions:

– Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse or accident
– Repair/modifications by persons other than Ramco authorized service center staff.

Ramco Rugged Portable’s 1-year limited warranty does not cover the following:

– System damage caused by after-market products connected to the device
– Shipping costs to deliver products to/from Ramco Rugged Portables service facilities.
– Cosmetic damage.

Ramco Rugged Portable’s 1-year limited warranty is valid only in the United States and is non-transferrable.
